Everything We Do, in One Place

General, cosmetic, restorative and airway dentistry in Fort Smith and Roland. Same-visit crowns, guided implants, Invisalign, and emergency care.

One practice, two offices, and most of what your family will ever need

Most people do not want a different building for every problem. They want one team that knows their history, sees the whole picture, and can handle the cleaning, the crown, the kid's first visit, and the thing that woke them up at 2 a.m.

That is how we built this practice. Dr. Sparkman, Dr. Farmer and Dr. VanNice cover general, cosmetic, restorative and airway dentistry between our Fort Smith and Roland offices, and we keep the technology in house so you are not sent across town for a scan or a crown.

Below is the full list. Every service links to a page that explains what it actually involves, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Preventive care

The appointments that keep you out of the expensive chair.

  • Dental exams and cleanings
  • Digital X-rays and 3D imaging
  • Fillings and sealants
  • Gum disease and periodontal treatment
  • Children's dentistry
  • Custom mouth guards and night guards
  • Sedation dentistry for anxious patients
  • Bad breath and cold sore treatment

Restorative dentistry

Fixing what is broken, worn, decayed, or missing.

  • Dental implants, placed with Image Guided Implantology
  • All-on-4 full arch implants
  • Same-visit crowns from our in-house CEREC scanner and mill
  • Bridges
  • Root canal treatment
  • Dentures and implant-supported dentures
  • Tooth extractions
  • Wisdom teeth removal

Cosmetic dentistry

Changing how your smile looks, without overtreating to get there.

  • Porcelain veneers
  • Professional teeth whitening
  • Cosmetic bonding
  • Smile makeovers
  • Invisalign clear aligners
  • Traditional braces and Myobrace
  • Botox for cosmetic and TMJ use

Sleep and airway dentistry

The part of our practice that has almost no equivalent in this market.

Snoring, grinding, morning headaches, dry mouth and daytime exhaustion are often connected, and the connection frequently runs through your airway. We screen for it, and when it is relevant we can treat it with oral appliance therapy and myofunctional therapy rather than sending you off with a night guard and no explanation.

  • Sleep apnea oral appliance therapy
  • Myofunctional therapy with a therapist who has practiced it for over 10 years
  • TMJ evaluation and treatment
  • Children's airway and mouth breathing screening
  • Our Foundations and Transformation programs

Emergency dentistry

Broken tooth, lost crown, swelling, or pain that will not quit. We hold same-day emergency appointments and we return after-hours messages promptly.

What any of this costs

Every treatment plan we present comes with the number in writing before you agree to it. We are in network with most major carriers, we run your benefits before treatment, and if you do not have insurance our Smile Savers membership starts at $36.67 a month and includes your exams, X-rays and cleanings with 20% off other treatment.

Common questions.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist for any of this?

For most of it, no. Our doctors handle implants, root canals, extractions, orthodontics and cosmetic work in house. If a case genuinely belongs with a specialist, we will tell you and help you get there rather than attempting something outside our scope.

Can my whole family be seen at the same office?

Yes. We treat children and adults at both locations, and we try to schedule families together when the calendar allows. Ask when you book.

Do you see patients from Oklahoma at the Fort Smith office and vice versa?

All the time. Our patients cross the state line in both directions. The only thing worth checking in advance is your insurance network, and we will verify that for you before your visit.

What if I have not been to a dentist in years?

You are in good company and we are not going to lecture you. The first visit is an exam, X-rays and a conversation about where things stand and what order to tackle it in. Nothing gets done that day beyond what you agree to.

Request your appointment.

Four questions. Our care team calls you back within one business day. If you are in pain right now, call the office directly and we will get you seen.

We do not ask for insurance here — we sort that out when we call. Please do not send medical details through this form.

Not sure which of these you need? That is what the first visit is for.
