The work.
Every case below was treated at our Fort Smith or Roland office and is published with the patient's written permission. In each photograph the before is on top and the result underneath. Nothing is retouched beyond cropping and color balance.

You should be able to see the work before you commit to it
Nobody chooses veneers or a full-arch reconstruction from a paragraph. You want to see teeth that started out like yours and ended up somewhere you would be happy with.
So far as we can tell, one other dental practice in the Fort Smith area publishes before-and-after photographs of its own work. Everyone else describes results and asks you to imagine them. We would rather show you.
Every photo on this page is a Valley Family Dental patient, taken in our office, published with written permission. Nothing here is licensed stock, and nothing has been retouched beyond cropping and color balance.
What these photos can and cannot tell you
They can show you the standard of work, the range of cases we take on, and whether our sense of what looks natural matches yours. That is genuinely useful.
What they cannot do is predict your result. Your enamel, bite, gum position, bone, and how much tooth structure you have left all change what is possible and what is wise. Two people can want the same photograph and need very different treatment to get near it.
We would rather set that expectation here than at the consultation.
Seeing one you like is the right way to start a consultation
Bring a photo from this page, or from anywhere. Telling us "that one" is far more useful than describing what you want in words, and it gives us something concrete to be honest with you about.
At the consultation we take photographs and a 3D scan, show you what your own case actually involves, and give you the number in writing before you commit to anything.
Common questions.
Are these your actual patients?
Yes. Every photo is a Valley Family Dental patient treated at our Fort Smith or Roland office, published with written permission. We do not use stock photography or manufacturer case images anywhere on this page.
Will my results look like these?
Possibly, but nobody can promise that from a photo. Your starting anatomy determines a great deal, and the honest answer comes after an exam and a 3D scan, not before. What these photos do tell you is the standard of work you can expect from us.
Can I be in the gallery?
Only if you want to be, and only if you sign a release. Plenty of patients decline and it changes nothing about their care. If you do say yes, you can withdraw permission later and we will take the photos down.
How much did these cases cost?
It varies more than people expect, because two similar-looking results can require very different work underneath. We quote every case in writing before treatment starts, and we go through financing at the same appointment.
What if I want something more subtle than these?
Tell us. A lot of people come in worried that cosmetic dentistry means large, bright, obvious teeth. Most of our cosmetic work is meant to be unnoticeable. Say what you want and we will show you cases in that direction.
